Description:
Weathered boulder of unknown type (probably amphibolite, gabbro or peridotite) including an astounding intensely folded mafic dike. The dike is surrounded by a pale brown alteration halo, which branch into the rock along some fractures. The boulders shown in the photograph are part of huge masses of debris deposited by glaciers.
